</div>Registered massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping and TCM. If you already know what you want, book online. If you are not sure — or you have an ICBC claim or an insurance question — call and describe the problem. We will tell you what to book.
The wrong channel is what makes people wait. Same-day availability changes hour to hour and is not something an email can answer, and an insurance question is not something a booking screen can answer.
Use the phone for anything happening today, anything involving an ICBC claim, and any time you are unsure which treatment you need. One two-minute call prevents most wrong bookings.
Use online booking when you already know the service and the therapist you want. It shows live availability, so what you see there is what is actually open — including short-notice openings that appear when someone reschedules.
Use the form below or email if your question needs a written answer — coverage details, what to expect at a first visit, or anything easier to explain in writing than on the phone. Chinese is fine; say so and we will reply in Chinese.
If your pain is severe, unexplained, follows a fall, or comes with numbness, weakness, fever, dizziness, chest pain, difficulty breathing or a sudden severe headache, see a physician before booking massage or acupuncture. That is not a formality — those symptoms need a different kind of assessment first.
On Kingsway in East Vancouver. Clients come in from Mount Pleasant, Main Street, Fraser Street, Riley Park, Kensington–Cedar Cottage, Commercial Drive and Strathcona.
| Monday – Thursday | 10:00 – 20:00 |
| Friday | 10:00 – 19:00 |
| Saturday – Sunday | 10:00 – 18:00 |
Tell us the symptom, roughly when it started, and whether you need an insurance receipt or ICBC billing. We reply within one business day. Writing in Chinese is fine — say so and you will get a reply in Chinese.
This form sends us a message. It does not hold an appointment slot — for that, use JaneApp or call (604) 620-6560.
Booking the wrong service wastes a session and a chunk of your insurance limit. If your situation is not on this list, call and describe it.

Online booking on JaneApp is instant and shows live availability, so it is the fastest route if you already know what you want. If you are not sure which service to book, or you need it today, call (604) 620-6560 — that is faster than working it out yourself.
Often, but it changes through the day. Several registered therapists work at 560 Kingsway, so short-notice openings appear regularly, especially when someone reschedules. JaneApp reflects that in real time. For anything urgent, call rather than booking and hoping.
Yes, and it is the right thing to do. Describe where it hurts, how long it has been going on, whether it follows a car accident, and whether you need an insurance receipt. Two minutes on the phone routinely prevents someone from booking the wrong hour.
Your insurance card or benefits app, the policy number, your member ID, and a physician's referral if your plan requires one. Bring it to the first visit rather than sending it ahead — we set it up at reception. Details on how direct billing works.
Your ICBC claim number, the date of the accident, and a clear description of the symptoms. Call before booking the first ICBC appointment so we can confirm what is covered under your claim and how many sessions you have. See ICBC treatment at this clinic.
Yes — Mandarin and Cantonese. Describing pain, numbness or sleep problems in a second language is genuinely difficult and it changes what gets treated. Say which language you prefer when you call or write, and bring family members who are more comfortable in Chinese.
560 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5T 3J9 — on Kingsway in East Vancouver, a short trip from Main Street, Fraser, Riley Park, Cedar Cottage and Commercial Drive. There is free street parking on the side streets off Kingsway, which is usually easier than parking near Main Street. Several bus routes stop within a block.
Within one business day. The form is for questions, not for holding a slot — nothing is reserved until you book on JaneApp or we confirm it on the phone. If your question is time-sensitive, call instead.
Before booking massage or acupuncture, get medical assessment if your pain is severe or unexplained, follows a fall, or comes with numbness, weakness, fever, dizziness, chest pain, difficulty breathing or a sudden severe headache. Also tell us at booking if you are pregnant, take blood thinners, or have an implanted device — those change technique rather than rule treatment out.
Describe the symptom, how long it has been happening, and whether you have extended health or an ICBC claim. We will tell you which appointment to book — and if none of ours is the right starting point, we will say that instead.
