Loong Wellness offers:

• Registered Massage Therapy (RMT)

• Acupuncture (ICBC-covered & general wellness)

• Non-Registered Massage

• Cupping Therapy

Our services are available by appointment only. Availability may vary by practitioner and location.

2. Booking and Appointments

Appointments can be made via:

• Our website booking system

• Phone at (604) 620-6560

• Walk-ins (subject to availability)

We recommend booking in advance. You are responsible for ensuring your contact details and appointment information are accurate.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a full session fee.

• Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

4. Payments

We accept:

• Credit/debit cards

• Extended health benefits (with direct billing where applicable)

• ICBC claims (RMT & Acupuncture)

• Cash (in-clinic only)

All payments must be made at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.

5. Health & Safety

By booking an appointment, you confirm:

• You are physically fit to receive treatment

• You have disclosed all relevant health information to your practitioner

• You will notify us of any changes in health status before future sessions

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• There are medical contraindications

• A client displays inappropriate behavior

• A practitioner feels unsafe or uncomfortable

6. ICBC Claims

For clients using ICBC benefits:

• You must provide a valid claim number

• You may be responsible for fees not covered by ICBC

• Missed or late appointments may not be billed to ICBC

7. SMS Notifications

By submitting your mobile number to Loong Wellness, you agree to receive appointment reminders and limited promotional messages via SMS. You may opt out anytime by replying “STOP.” Standard message and data rates may apply.
